Paul orchestrates client success. With more than three decades’ experience directing accounts and implementing successful branding and marketing programs on both the agency and client side, Paul is the consummate client advocate and partner.
Most recently Paul was Director of Client Engagement at Carpenter Group, delivering results-driven strategic branding, marketing communications and advertising solutions to financial services firms. Clients include Alliance Bernstein, AIG, Delaware Life, Envestnet, Glenmede, LSEG, Neuberger Berman, Pence Capital Management, S&P DJI, SEI, Thornburg Investment Management, Vestmark, Westwood Holdings, Wellington Management and many others.
Prior to Carpenter Group, Paul was Director of Client Services for Landor Associates, the world’s largest branding and design firm. Clients include Barclays, J.P. Morgan, Capital One and many more across categories that include airlines, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, telecom, home and hardware and government agencies.
Paul began his career at MetLife where he spent 11 years as Director of Creative Services, marketing a broad range of insurance and investment products for both institutional and retail audiences. He also served as chairman of the brand standards committee which set policy and provided oversight of the MetLife brand.

Beca Lee
Creative
Beca has over 20 years of experience in developing and executing creative strategy, identity systems and implementation for major brands, and has created designs for Alcoa, Landmark, Moen, Citi Bank, Dell, 7 For All Mankind, The Moody’s Foundation and Time Inc.
Beca is equally comfortable designing for a Fortune 500 financial institution, a household staple consumer brand, or a non-profit organization. Her upbringing in Taiwan and California allows her to bring diverse perspectives and influences into the way she approaches design. Her multi-language fluency and understanding of diverse cultural issues has made her a valued resource for many global clients..

Constance Pappas
Project Management
Combining client-side and agency experience, Constance oversees the planning, execution and completion of creative projects. She is the guiding force across a wide range of work – from complex multi-year initiatives to quick-turnaround tactical deliverables.
Constance has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services. Most recently was the director of creative operations and project management at Carpenter Group – a boutique agency specializing in creative solutions for global financial services companies. Prior to that, Constance was at Guardian Investor Services, Prudential Investments and PaineWebber.

Bruce Felton

As a writer, editor and communications professional, Bruce has helped clients in a wide array of industries tell their stories with clarity, impact and style. At Carpenter Group, he has crafted thought leadership, branding and marketing content for financial services and wealth management clients. Prior to joining Carpenter Group in 2018, Bruce ran his own freelance practice, working with such clients as Citigroup, IBM, Ernst & Young, Goldman Sachs, UBS, Johnson & Johnson and CUNY. For Deloitte, he launched and edited Global, a prize-winning journal of fact and opinion covering the international business arena. Earlier in his career, Bruce served as a speechwriter and communications executive for Bank of America, Deutsche Bank and Siegel and Gale, among other firms. His work has appeared in The New York Times and numerous other publications, and he has written five books — most recently, What Were They Thinking? Really Bad Ideas Throughout History.

Michelle Feder is an accomplished digital marketing specialist with nearly a decade of experience in social media marketing across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and X. Her expertise lies in crafting omnichannel digital strategies tailored for both B2B and B2C clients. Michelle excels in driving robust lead generation, enhancing brand awareness, and boosting website traffic, specifically within the high-net-worth financial services sector.
Prior to working with Verga Group, Michelle was head of digital marketing strategy at Carpenter Group leading digital strategies for financial services clients. Before that, she was head account manager at Audience Solutions, collaborating with esteemed luxury real estate firms such as Engel & Völkers Americas and Sotheby’s International Realty. Michelle has also led initiatives for nonprofits, pharmaceutical brands, and a leading US alcoholic beverage distributor. These partnerships gave her experience to develop email marketing nurture campaigns, website redesigns, and content curation.

Ryan Pritchard
User Experience
Ryan Pritchard works with financial services companies to design and build websites that people use. As a User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) specialist, graphic designer and web producer, he has played a key role on major website initiatives for asset management and wealth advisory firms and large multi-line institutions. His experience includes start-to-launch website development, content optimization, site expansions to reach new audiences or support new products, rearchitecting for regional needs and building worldwide website ecosystems.
Most recently, Ryan designed and prototyped accessibility enhancements for 16 Legg Mason regional websites to ensure compliance with the American Disabilities Act (ADA) and the European Accessibility Act. He also led the migration of the company’s global content management system to a new universally accessible platform. The training guides he developed are used by local marketing teams in 30+ countries and new marketing email templates increased click-through rates by more than 25%.
